Touch a Truck Playdate

My friend Vanessa found out they had "Touch a Truck Tuesdays" at Trivoli Village in the north west part of Las Vegas and it was free! So a couple of Tuesdays ago we loaded up our kids right after breakfast to try and beat the heat-you see from the boys rosy cheeks that it was still really HOT! Troy and Weston were such good boys even during the 30 minute drive up there! This particular Tuesday they had  4 vehicles for the kids to tour. The boys had a lot of fun with their friend Carson too!

Weston, Carson and Troy got safety booklets, crayons, pens, chapstick and water bottle holders on the Mobile Command vehicle. This Vehicle is used in emergency, disaster situations or in the case of Las Vegas during New Year's Eve on the strip. I wanted to laugh when the officer told us that because it really is a disaster on New Year's Eve! It's no lie!

Both boys in the back of the Ambulance-let's hope we never take a real ride in one of these!

Time to get off the bus!

Looks so fun, you and Vanessa are such good moms to brave the heat and take the boys on a field trip. Carson is a cutie and growing as fast as your boys. The strip can make me nervous any night of the year. Good thing they have the mobile command vehicle to help out in case of emergencies.
